The firm is dedicated to advocating for clients in complex cases and providing high-quality legal support throughout the litigation process.
Job Description The Personal Injury Paralegal will support attorneys in managing a high-volume caseload from initial intake through case resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee case files throughout the lifecycle of each matter, ensuring records are complete and organized
Prepare and revise legal documentation such as pleadings, discovery materials, and client correspondence
Request, review, and track medical records, billing statements, and lien information
Communicate with clients, insurance representatives, healthcare providers, and opposing counsel regarding case updates
Assist attorneys with litigation support, including discovery coordination, deposition prep, and trial readiness
Maintain and monitor case calendars, deadlines, and filing requirements across jurisdictions
Conduct research to support case development and strategy
Compile demand packages and assist in settlement preparation
Track case progress and follow up on outstanding documentation or action items
Qualifications Experience:
3–5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal (required)
Experience supporting litigation and managing multiple active cases
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines consistently
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Paralegal certification is a plus
