About The Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for an On Call Sr. Copywriter to join our Creative Team. This is an on‑call position and the work hours will be scheduled a week in advance with the hiring manager directly from 15–40 hours per week. This individual will be responsible supporting our creative staff of writers with overflow and be responsible for translating brand and marketing strategies into relevant messaging for campaigns, omni‑channel marketing, and content for both digital and print. This position reports to the Copy Manager and supports the Marketing team, which is responsible for overall strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing (site and e‑mail design, in‑store communications, social media) and TV/video advertising campaigns. The On‑Call Sr. Copywriter will be instrumental in infusing the respective brand tone and voice into marketing deliverables. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
Work on all brand creative assets including marketing campaigns, editorial and promotional emails, banner ads, website assets, blog content, gift guides, direct mail, in‑store signage, and print collateral across multiple merchandise categories for the brand.
Partner with Creative Director, Copy Manager, Designers and Brand stakeholders to ensure copy and design work together to convey the marketing objectives within each campaign or brand deliverable.
Present copy strategy/systems in addition to channel‑level deliverables.
Work to meet strategic goals, evolve brand voice, create consistency, follow brand guidelines and employ effective channel best practices.
Contribute to content for editorial emails and special creative initiatives.
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Advertising, or related field and a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in copywriting.
Stellar communication and written English skills, including good spelling and grammar.
2 – 4 years’ experience working for creative agency or in‑house marketing/creative team.
Skilled at developing copy concepts/content in a retail or marketing environment for multiple channels, including digital and print.
Experience and/or knowledge of men’s apparel a plus.
Detailed oriented.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously both in an office environment and our current remote work environment.
Proactive, fun, and hardworking with a positive outlook.
Creative problem solver who thrives on collaboration.
Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
Must provide at least five examples of relevant work, available online.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
The starting pay rate for this position is $80 - $100 per hour depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
