We are seeking a highly social, relationship-driven Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to develop and manage referral partnerships that generate real estate investment opportunities.
This role is focused on building relationships and sourcing deals through agents, referral partners, community connections, and industry networking. The ideal candidate loves meeting new people, building trust, and turning relationships into business opportunities.
Success comes from networking, maintaining relationships, hosting events, and consistently nurturing referral sources.
The Business Relationship Manager acts as the bridge between our company and the outside real estate community.
The ideal BRM is motivated by two things:
Building strong relationships.
Turning those relationships into deals.
This role requires someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and creating long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Development
Build relationships with real estate agents, brokers, wholesalers, and referral partners.
Attend real estate networking events and industry meetups.
Host or coordinate events to develop new partnerships.
Maintain regular contact with referral partners.
Deal Sourcing
Generate off‑market deal opportunities through relationships.
Identify potential investment opportunities from referral partners.
Work with internal acquisition teams to evaluate opportunities.
Partnership Management
Maintain a growing database of referral partners.
Build long‑term trust with real estate professionals.
Serve as the primary relationship point for external deal sources.
Sales & Marketing Activities
Implement outreach campaigns to grow referral channels.
Manage relationship follow‑ups and communication.
Track opportunities and partnerships in CRM.
Qualifications Preferred backgrounds include:
Outside sales.
Real estate agent or mortgage broker.
Car sales or commission sales.
Business development.
Community or event networking roles.
Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
More important is the ability to
Build genuine relationships.
Communicate confidently with strangers.
Stay motivated despite rejection.
Consistently generate new conversations and opportunities.

Compensation
Base Salary 60k base
Commission per deal closed- $350
