Position Overview
The Business Development Specialist will focus on building relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners to generate new opportunities for My Tennessee Home Solution.
This role involves networking, partnership development, and brand representation within the Nashville real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a connector, relationship builder, and natural networker who enjoys creating opportunities through professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property managers, attorneys, investors, and industry professionals
Generate off‑market real estate opportunities through strategic partnerships
Develop referral channels within the Nashville real estate investment community
Identify and cultivate new business development opportunities
Networking & Market Presence
Attend and represent MTHS at real estate networking events, investor meetups, and industry gatherings
Host and coordinate local real estate networking opportunities
Promote the My Tennessee Home Solution brand within the local real estate ecosystem
Maintain consistent communication with referral partners to strengthen relationships
Pipeline Development
Track referral opportunities and partnership activity
Coordinate with internal acquisition teams on potential deals
Help maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified off‑market real estate opportunities
Qualifications
Required
Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or relationship management
Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and self‑motivated
Ability to represent the company professionally in public and networking environments
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in real estate investment, real estate sales, or property management
Existing connections within the Nashville real estate community
Experience generating referral‑based business opportunities

Compensation Structure
$70,000 Base Salary (paid bi‑monthly)
$30,000–$40,000 Commission Potential tied to achieving target KPIs
