What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and all related products
Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping and procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of medical technology products and related procedures
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to achieve or exceed sales goals
Collaborate with the sales team to conduct customer training and identify potential sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience, OR
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to work within assigned territory and respond to unscheduled needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years work experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
