Job Responsibilities:

Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems

Educate and train medical personnel on technical matters related to company products and procedures

Promote the safe and effective use of company products within clinical settings

Develop and cultivate customer relationships to achieve sales objectives

Collaborate with sales teams to conduct training and strategize on customer engagement

Requirements:

High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR

Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience, OR

Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation

Must possess a valid driver’s license

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field

Proven track record with technical training assignments

Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or medical sales providing technical/clinical support

Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
