Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Own campaigns end-to-end from conception through execution, ensuring cross‑functional alignment (Product, Strategic Planning, U4B leadership, Deployment, Performance Marketing, Data Science).

B2B marketing strategy (not execution on the deployment side).

Have experience in ideating campaigns and coming up with channel mix tactics, audience targeting, content design, measurement strategy.

Comfortable understanding impact via incremental measurement, testing, etc.

Proven experience owning and driving end‑to‑end lifecycle marketing strategy across owned channels (email, in‑app, push).

Ability to manage a complex network of stakeholders and translate business needs into impactful campaigns.

Experience working across multiple regions (USC, EMEA, LATAM).

Own CRM marketing initiatives for a product or vertical.

Provide strategic recommendations on channel mix and campaign approach.

Partner with Data Science and Analytics to inform strategy based on performance insights.

Act as the programmatic liaison to execute campaigns, including:

Managing intake SLAs and prioritization.

Partnering with Project Management to drive stakeholder alignment.

Supporting rollout of global/regional initiatives.

Participating in key syncs and prioritization forums.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
