Founded in Berlin, autarc is a 40 person start-up who last year graduated from Y Combinator in San Francisco. Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, with plans to expand into the Italian market where we are looking to hire out a new team.
Role description We’re launched autarc in Italy - and we’re looking for a driven GTM Intern to help bring
autarc
to market. You’ll work directly with our founding and GTM team, acting as the connective tissue between inbound customers, local installer partners, fairs and shows, and our global product and marketing teams.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing climate tech startup as one of our first hires in Italy. You’ll have a front-row seat in everything from sales to strategy and local market expansion.
Conduct virtual product demos with inbound clients and guide them through our software
Support customers via phone, email, or live chat during onboarding and setup
Connect with local heat pump and solar installers, and manage early partner relationships
Attend industry trade shows and events to build our presence in Italy
Coordinate with global marketing to create localised landing pages, brochures, and demo materials
Build structured feedback loops from Italian users and partners back into the product and engineering teams
You’ll be based in our Berlin office, working closely with our international and local GTM team.
Requirements
A top-tier academic background in Business, Economics or a related field
Experience in fast-paced environments like startups, VC, consulting, or investment banking
A generalist mindset: you’re curious, adaptable, and comfortable jumping into new topics
Fluent in
Italian
and English
Willingness to get hands dirty and push things from 0 to 1
Available for a
4-6 month internship
with a willingness to work 5 days in the
Berlin
office
