The Position We’re looking for a Community Engagement Administrator to provide essential administrative, operational, and data support across the Community Engagement Team. This role ensures the smooth functioning of three core areas — Recruitment, Partnerships, and Major & Legacy Giving — by managing scheduling, logistics, communication flow, reporting, customer service, and CRM data integrity.
As a member of the Community Engagement team, you will support by coordinating meetings and events, managing the general inbox and phone line, preparing briefings and reports, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records. Your work will enable the team to operate efficiently and deliver exceptional experiences to Riders, Pelotons, donors, partners, and community members.
Administrative & Customer Service Support
Manage scheduling and logistics for internal meetings, recruitment sessions, community events, stewardship touchpoints, and fundraising activities.
Coordinate calendars, prepare agendas, draft briefings, and support follow‑up communication for Community Engagement leadership and team members.
Provide exceptional customer service to all Pelotonia constituents through in‑person interaction via telephone, and email.
Manage all inquiries from the Pelotonia community that come through the main phone line and general inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Maintain organized digital files, shared resources, and team documentation.
Support event planning tasks, including venue coordination, RSVPs, materials preparation, and day‑of execution.
Recruitment & Community Engagement Support
Coordinate logistics for recruitment presentations, information sessions, and community outreach events.
Support communication workflows with Riders, Pelotons, and prospective participants.
Assist in the identification and tracking of prospective participants, companies, and community groups.
Prepare materials, presentations, and follow‑up communications for recruitment activities.
Track recruitment progress, outreach touchpoints, and engagement metrics to support team decision‑making.
Data, Reporting & Stewardship Support
Manage and maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records across recruitment, partnerships, and philanthropy workflows.
Support data hygiene, list creation, and record updates to ensure reliable reporting and segmentation.
Generate and draft internal and external reports on rider participation, Peloton activity, fundraising progress, and engagement trends.
Assist with preparing dashboards, summaries, and insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
Support stewardship activities by preparing materials, tracking touchpoints, and assisting with donor and partner communications.
Generate and analyze reports focused on participant data, fundraising, etc., that will provide the Community Engagement team with important insight into expanding our mission.
Provide Peloton‑specific reports as needed to Captains and other leaders within the Pelotonia community.
