
Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will provide a high level of customer service and support to an established customer base.
Responsible for program management of key strategic accounts while maintaining and increasing sales.
Demonstrate strong focus on customer and program management.
Handle a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.
Prepare and manage customer quotes related to pricing and delivery via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Manage order entry, stock levels, and purchase requirements for key customers.
Conduct daily review of key account orders, inventory levels, and reorder points.
Support revenue forecasting and account performance tracking.
Determine appropriate materials based on customer requirements.
Obtain quotes from vendors for materials and external processing.
Maintain accurate sales and purchase order records.
Coordinate with outside sales teams and management for updates and feedback.
Follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
Handle customer returns, credits, and complaint resolution.
Maintain both digital and physical records for the department.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirement/Must Have:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage key customer accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Process customer orders, quotes, and purchase orders.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Support account forecasting and reporting activities.
Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Should Have:
College degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in metals, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of SAP system.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualification And Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
College degree preferred.
