Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing middle to large commercial accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients, providing hands‑on support and serving as a trusted advisor. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with opportunities for in‑person client meetings and collaboration with a dynamic team.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $75,000 - $100,000 annually (transition to commission‑based structure after one year)

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of middle to large commercial accounts with premiums of $100,000+
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
Conduct in‑person client meetings to build and maintain strong relationships
Handle day‑to‑day servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
Collaborate with specialized departments (certificates, claims, proposals) to ensure seamless client support
Utilize software tools such as AMS360, ImageRight, Sagitta, WorkSmart, and Excel to manage accounts effectively
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience : 5-6 years of generalist experience managing commercial accounts with premiums of $100,000+
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AMS360, ImageRight, Sagitta, and WorkSmart
Soft Skills :
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and think critically
Team‑oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills
