
Global Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive compliance audits and risk assessments across global manufacturing sites to identify potential regulatory gaps.
Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures in alignment with international trade laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
Provide training and guidance to employees and management on compliance requirements and ethical business conduct.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations worldwide and communicate their impact to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support compliance activities and regulatory inspections.
Advise on compliance aspects of new product development and supply chain management to ensure regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance consulting or regulatory affairs within the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, environmental laws, and industry-specific compliance standards.
Proven experience conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex regulatory information clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or advanced certification in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline.
Experience working in durable goods manufacturing or a closely related sector.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to key manufacturing regions.
Experience with digital compliance management tools and software.
The expected salary for this position is between $66,932.00 and $90,023.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
