This opportunity involves taking new provider NH Medicaid applications from start to finish in addition to updating existing providers in NH Medicaid. Our client located in Concord, NH is looking for a highly motivated, energetic team player to join the team on a temp basis.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Training period hours will be 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Position is Temporary to Hire. Pay rate: $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms.

Transcribe information into the required electronic format.

Obtain further information for incomplete documents.

Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.

Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.

Print information when required.

Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must have experience working with Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Minimum 1–2 years experience working in a business environment.

Great organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines.

Ability to prioritize and multi‑task.

Good analytical, comprehension, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
