Key Responsibilities Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry into our centralized systems.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and resolving any discrepancies.
Update and maintain existing records to ensure data integrity across our

network.
Transcribe information from various formats into our proprietary database software.
Adhere to strict data security and confidentiality protocols while working in a

environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in a data entry, clerical, or administrative role.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based data management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
