Expanding Charlotte corporate office is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for account management for assigned accounts, collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals, and delivering high touch customer service. Advancement Opportunity available. Great benefits including quarterly sales incentives, profit sharing, and 401K. Salary up to $55K plus bonus.

Responsibilities:

Manage weekly pricing updates in Excel, ensuring accurate revisions and timely distribution

Maintain and update the order management database

Track and manage warranty claims within the warranty database

Communicate with internal teams to provide order status updates and resolve inquiries

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Logistics, and Production teams

Support sales and marketing initiatives as needed

Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, updates, and related inquiries

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
