Job Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, maintaining high-level executive relationships

Sell the employer's products and services while managing and growing existing national named accounts

Identify and qualify business opportunities while addressing competitive threats

Prepare and present formal proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively

Lead account strategy coordination with sales support teams to ensure goals are met

Qualifications

8+ years of direct work experience in account management

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Strong negotiation, closing, and solution selling skills

Proven ability to influence and build relationships in a complex matrix environment

Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably those of the employer

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Internet-related software or systems

Advanced client interfacing and customer-focused approach

Strong ability to prioritize workload and develop sales forecasts

Proven track record of success in a similar role within the cybersecurity or technology sector
