As a Partner in Wellbeing, the Property Manager plays a key role in creating safe, stable, and supportive housing environments. This position oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned housing programs, ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering a positive and respectful tenant experience. The Property Manager works closely with internal teams and community partners to support both housing stability and overall wellbeing.### **What You’ll Do****Tenant & Lease Management*** Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations* Conduct tenant screenings and background checks* Provide tenant orientation, including rights, responsibilities, and community expectations* Address lease violations using a fair, consistent, and lawful approach* Coordinate eviction processes when necessary, in compliance with Minnesota law**Financial Oversight*** Calculate, bill, and collect rent* Manage security deposits and move-out damage assessments* Support budgeting and financial tracking**Property Operations*** Ensure units meet safety, maintenance, and habitability standards* Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs* Conduct regular inspections and maintain service records* Oversee building access, keys, and safety procedures**Compliance & Documentation*** Maintain accurate tenant and property records* Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations* Process accommodation requests and enforce property policies**Tenant Relations & Team Collaboration*** Address tenant concerns and support positive community living* Partner with program and treatment staff to promote health and safety* Contribute to a respectful, recovery-oriented environment## Qualifications**Position Requirements****Required Education, Certification, and Experience*** High school diploma, or equivalent* 2+ years of experience in property management is preferredIn addition to the above criteria.* Must pass a criminal background check through MN DHS NetStudy.* Access to a personal vehicle and the ability and willingness to use the vehicle in carrying out the position’s responsibilities.* Valid driver’s license and insurable under the agency’s automobile insurance policy.* Free from substance use problems for no less than 2 years. #J-18808-Ljbffr
