COP & Marketing Lead, Transform WASH in Ethiopia

Chief of Party and Marketing Specialist for WASH, Ethiopia Hi everyone! PSI is seeking candidates for the positions of Chief of Party as well as Marketing Specialist for the anticipated $24 million USAID-funded TRANSFORM WASH project in Ethiopia. The project will have a strong focus on catalytic change and transformative impact, and will encompass a set of innovative and strategic interventions targeting actions at different scales, with an overall goal of reducing under‑five mortality, through increased use of WASH products and services. Ethiopian nationality/experience strongly preferred. Marketing Specialist The Marketing Specialist must be a seasoned business and/or marketing professional (10+ years related experience) with proven track record of designing and managing strategies to include product launches, cost‑recovery, developing go-to-market strategies, channel development and, supervising sales operations. Experience in running franchised business units will be a plus. This position will be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and will report to the Chief of Party.
