About the role We’re looking for motivated, experienced Direct Sales [Account Executive] to join our remote sales team focused on equipment sales within the sign and graphics industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in vinyl/media printing, cutters, or wide-format printing equipment, and who is comfortable making outbound sales calls to develop and close leads. What you’ll do Sell sign‑making and printing equipment to new and existing customers Conduct outbound calls daily to generate leads and close sales Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Understand customer needs and offer tailored equipment solutions Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity logs Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings Qualifications College degree or minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sign industry Solid understanding of vinyl/media printers, cutters, and related equipment Proven ability to make outbound sales calls and close deals Excellent communication and customer service skills Self‑motivated and able to work independently from home Strong organizational and time‑management skills Salary is commission base.
