About the Role The Digital Media Buyer / Planner will play a key role in planning, overseeing, and optimizing performance-based advertising campaigns across display and native platforms. This position works closely with internal marketing and creative teams, as well as external agency partners, to ensure campaigns are strategically planned, properly tracked, and continuously improved to maximize lead generation results. This role is ideal for a data-driven, highly organized marketing professional with experience in digital campaign strategy, analysis, and performance optimization. While direct execution within every platform is not required, the individual will manage processes, monitor results, and drive optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Plan and oversee lead generation campaigns across display and native advertising platforms Collaborate with external agency partners to execute media buys and align campaign strategy with business objectives Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations Conduct A/B testing on creative, targeting, and placements to improve performance Partner cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting ad assets Build media plans, manage budgets, and monitor pacing to ensure efficiency Stay current on platform updates and digital marketing trends to identify new growth opportunities Qualifications 3+ years of experience in media buying or planning with a focus on digital lead generation Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid campaigns against performance targets Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting campaign data and KPIs Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, planning, and collaboration skills Familiarity with major digital advertising platforms is preferred Experience working with external agency partners is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
