Wholesale Account Manager (B2B Distribution) Location Full-Time, On-Site – KBW Global Corp. Headquarters About KBW Global Corp. Our products support retailers year-round across key categories including Halloween, Mardi Gras, festivals, school spirit, and themed events. We specialize in high-margin, fast-turn programs that help retailers drive impulse sales and maximize floor space. This is an opportunity to join a growing company actively expanding market share and building new retail programs across the U.S. Role Overview We are looking for a Wholesale Account Manager with experience in B2B distribution to manage and grow key accounts while driving new business. This is not a passive sales role — you will be responsible for owning accounts from start to finish, including generating sales, managing orders, and ensuring completion through delivery and payment. This role is measured by revenue growth, account retention, and consistency of repeat orders. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts (small to mid-sized retailers) Proactively reach out to customers to drive reorders and new program placements Identify and onboard new wholesale accounts Present collections, programs, and seasonal opportunities to customers Own the full sales lifecycle from top to bottom: Generate and close sales Manage orders through fulfillment Adjust orders based on inventory availability Communicate updates clearly with customers Quote freight and shipping costs Send invoices and ensure completion of orders Ensure key customers are placing repeat orders year-over-year Review last year vs. this year ordering and proactively follow up on missed accounts Work with the team to hit monthly sales goals Coordinate internally with warehouse and management to ensure smooth execution Maintain showroom and product displays Attend trade shows (Las Vegas required) and support weekend events as needed Required Qualifications 2+ years in wholesale / B2B sales (REQUIRED) Experience working with retail buyers, distributors, or multi-location accounts Strong communication skills (phone and email) Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once Proficient in Excel and basic business systems Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and order management Comfortable learning and using internal systems to manage accounts and orders Preferred Bilingual (English + Chinese or Spanish) What We’re Looking For Takes full ownership of accounts from initial outreach through final delivery and payment Treats accounts like a business, not just a customer list Proactive and follows up without being told Strong understanding of sales outreach and ability to strategize and execute new business opportunities Understands urgency in a time-sensitive, seasonal business environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company This Role is NOT a Fit If You prefer a transactional or order-taking sales role You are uncomfortable following up persistently with customers You are not detail-oriented when managing orders and logistics You are not comfortable being accountable to monthly sales targets Mandatory Cover Letter (Required to Apply) To be considered, you must include a cover letter answering the following: What experience do you have in wholesale or B2B distribution?
