Overview JSM Technology is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to engage and qualify prospective customers from a company-provided lead pool. This role is onsite in Richardson, TX and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in B2B business development and pipeline building. Responsibilities Contact prospective companies from an assigned lead pool to introduce JSM Technology and assess fit Qualify prospects based on need, purchasing potential, and alignment with JSM's product offerings Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with decision-makers Maintain and update the CRM with accurate contact information, activity logs, and prospect status Ensure consistent and timely follow-up with all assigned leads Collaborate with the account management team to hand off qualified opportunities Provide regular updates on outreach activity and pipeline progress Requirements Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new contacts Experience with or willingness to learn CRM platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work onsite in Richardson, TX Self-starter with a professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Benefits Flexible, part-time schedule compatible with coursework Hands-on experience in B2B business development and client qualification Entry into the fast-paced, high-performance compute business field Exposure to global operations spanning the US, Hong Kong, and Taiwan Engage with enterprise-level clients including Fortune 500 companies Small, collaborative team where your contributions are visible and valued Professional office environment with mentorship and growth potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
