Job Description Job Description Location: Jenkintown, Abington, Huntingdon Valley, Cheltenham, Dresher, Elkins Park, Flourtown, Fort Washington, Glenside, Hatboro, Jenkintown, Oreland, Willow Grove, Wyncote, Melrose Park, and Philadelphia. Position Overview This is a 100% commission-based role designed for a self-starter who thrives on networking, building relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, skilled nursing, or senior living. You will represent A Place At Home – Glenside in the community and develop strong referral partnerships throughout Eastern Montgomery County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with: Skilled nursing facilities & rehab centers Hospitals & discharge planners Assisted living communities Independent living communities Hospice agencies Physicians’ offices Social workers & case managers Conduct in-person marketing visits and community outreach Attend networking events and community functions Track referral sources and maintain follow-up communication Educate partners on: Private Pay Home Care VA Benefits Medicaid Waivers (ACT 150 & OBRA) Long-Term Care Insurance Meet and exceed monthly referral and revenue goals Compensation 100% Commission-Based High earning potential (uncapped) Competitive percentage per closed case Bonuses available for performance milestones Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding agency Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing preferred (home care, hospice, rehab, senior services) Established referral relationships a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently Ideal Candidate You are: Relationship-driven Confident and persuasive Comfortable working on commission Passionate about serving seniors Well-connected in the local healthcare community Why Join A Place At Home – Glenside?
