What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Strategically plan and prospect commercial clients to drive sales
Build relationships and manage territory through targeted outreach and account management
Conduct discovery calls to consult with prospects on their business objectives
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and close deals to meet sales targets
Maintain sales pipeline and contracts within a CRM system (Salesforce.com)
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a commercial services sales role
Experience selling in the commercial facilities sector
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 20% of the year

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High business IQ with strong analytical skills
Familiarity with business tools like Google Workspace, Tableau, and Salesforce
