What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Strategically plan and prospect commercial clients to drive business growth
Build and maintain relationships with clients through territory management and targeted outreach
Conduct discovery calls to understand client business objectives and educate them on solutions
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and close sales deals
Manage sales pipeline and contracts within the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a commercial services sales role
Experience in the commercial facilities sector
Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 20% of the year

High business IQ and strong analytical skills for managing client data
Strong command of popular business tools like Google Work products and Tableau
A self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
