Responsibilities
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules, calling on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Perform cost‑benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
Gather needed information to accurately compile a work order (shop drawings, due dates, client information, etc.).
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback and constructive criticism.
Collaborate with the creative team to assist with design of various products and present to clients.
Manage projects through the duration of manufacturing, keeping the client up to date on progress.
Respond to all emails, phone calls, and voicemails in a timely manner.
Interact with clients to assess project outcomes and performance.
Foresee 1‑2 months ahead to assess project lead‑times and communicate them effectively.
Compensation
Base Salary: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 + Commission (based off individual and team sales)
