About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships with current clients, and working with the Hamlin team to increase effectiveness and overall performance. You will receive sales and leadership training from our proven process to help you master our program as quickly as possible. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others succeed and grow their business. This candidate thrives in a fast paced, team environment, is detail oriented and manages deadlines well. This is an entry level, six-figure earnings opportunity. You will be taught everything you need to know to become an expert.

Responsibilities Works closely with sales management and Hamlin team members to manage and create relationships with current and prospective clients
Professionally handle inbound and outbound phone calls with clients
Assess and deliver on client training needs
Provide and maintain excellent service to clients
Evaluate client performance and instruct best practices to improve
Complete and record all information regarding activities in CRM
Comply with the Company’s established policies and procedures
Report to your manager regularly to discuss any questions or ideas and report client status for achieving established goals and objectives
80% traveling within assigned territory
Qualifications 2+ years sales experience is preferred but not required
Business Acumen - An understanding of the basics of business. Implications of decisions, knowledge of market and competition, aligns work with strategic goals
Adaptability- Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages and works well with frequent change, delays or unexpected events without letting emotions get in the way
Attendance/Punctuality- Is consistently at work on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent
Strong persuasive speaking skills, comfortable with public speaking
