Overview Nimi is looking for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and expand our reach globally. This role is 100% commission-based , ideal for someone who enjoys sales, networking, and closing deals with high earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present Nimi’s services and convert leads into customers
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closure
Maintain basic records of leads and conversations
What We’re Looking For Must-Have Qualifications:
Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition in IT Industry (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, or similar sales channels
Results-oriented attitude
