Business Development Representative (BDR) Multiple Verticals: Healthcare, Higher Education, K–12 Hybrid | Full-time About the Role We’re hiring multiple Outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our growth across Healthcare, Higher Education, and K–12 markets. This is a high-energy outbound sales role focused primarily on phone outreach . BDRs are responsible for connecting with prospective customers, introducing our solutions, and scheduling discovery meetings for our Account Executives. Success in this role comes from consistent calling activity, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport with new prospects. BDRs may also have the opportunity to attend industry tradeshows alongside Account Executives , helping engage potential customers and generate follow‑up meetings. What You’ll Do Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to prospective customers within assigned vertical markets Introduce our safety technology solutions and generate interest with new prospects Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives Send follow‑up emails after conversations and voicemails Reconnect with prospects who have previously expressed interest but have not yet scheduled a meeting Log call activity, notes, and meeting outcomes in the CRM Coordinate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled meetings Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and industry events Occasionally attend industry tradeshows with Account Executives to help engage potential customers and schedule follow‑up meetings Successful BDRs in this role typically complete 60–80 outbound calls per day and consistently follow up with prospects via email. What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales, outbound sales, or call center roles Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with new prospects Resilient and motivated in a goal‑driven, activity‑based role Organized and consistent with follow‑up communication Positive attitude and openness to coaching and feedback Experience working with a CRM system (HubSpot preferred) Willingness to travel occasionally for industry tradeshows Experience selling into Healthcare, Higher Education, or K–12 markets is a plus.
