Commercial Landscape Account Manager

Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working with outdoor environments? We’re looking for a Commercial Landscape Account Manager to join our team in the Columbus, Ohio area. In This Role, You Will Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts (HOAs, office parks, retail centers, etc.) Be the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships Conduct site visits to ensure quality, identify issues, and suggest enhancements Prepare proposals, renewals, and enhancement quotes Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure high client satisfaction What We’re Looking For 5+ years in commercial landscape maintenance, property management, or a similar client-facing role Experience in account management, customer service, or sales is a big plus Strong people skills – you genuinely enjoy working with clients Clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple accounts Based in or near Columbus, OH, with daily travel to client sites Valid driver’s license and clean driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr
