Business Development & Marketing Representative Rockland County, NY Marquis Home Care Full-Time Marquis Home Care is seeking a motivated Business Development & Marketing Representative to oversee outreach and referral development throughout Orange County. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations to expand access to quality home care services. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physicians, senior living communities, and social workers Represent Marquis Home Care at community events, networking groups, and healthcare meetings Educate referral partners on our home care services and admission process Identify new business opportunities within Orange County Work closely with the intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions to home care Track referral activity and maintain relationships with existing partners Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach campaigns Qualifications Experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or business development preferred Strong networking and relationship-building skills Knowledge of MLTC, CHHA, LHCSA, or home care services is a plus Excellent communication and presentation abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation to travel throughout Orange County What We Offer Competitive salary + potential incentives Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding home care agency Meaningful work helping connect patients with quality care at home Interested candidates should apply today to join the Marquis Home Care team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
