Perks and Benefits: Compensation and Time Off Compensation: Base salary + bonuses of $35,000 - $50,000/year Stipends: Healthcare, wellness, mileage, and phone stipends Schedule and Location Location : majority time doing in-field sales; minimal remote admin work Work-Life Balance : Full time during business hours (no nights or weekends) Manage Your Schedule : Midweek appointment? Scheduling autonomy means you can balance work commitments with personal appointments. What a Typical Day Looks Like Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work. Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team. Light admin and prep from your home Sales coaching and ongoing support Engage with the repair technicians to provide support on work assignments Required Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record Professional, caring and service-minded Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team Associates degree Preferred Skills: General working knowledge of property management and/or the construction industry 1-3 years of experience in outside sales Experience using CRM tools and processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
