Affiliate Email Marketing Specialist

Senior Affiliate Email Marketing Specialist Impact Scale is hiring a Senior Affiliate Email Marketing Specialist to help lead and scale our email marketing operations across multiple performance marketing verticals. This role is for someone who understands affiliate/performance email marketing at scale — including deliverability, infrastructure, and campaign optimization. You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling high-volume email campaigns, maintaining strong deliverability across multiple ESPs, and continuously optimizing performance through testing and infrastructure improvements. This is a high-impact role inside an intra-preneurial performance marketing environment , where operators are given ownership and autonomy to build and scale channels. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and scale high-volume affiliate email campaigns Manage email infrastructure including domains, IP warm-ups, inbox placement, and deliverability Configure and manage multiple ESP platforms to support campaign scaling Monitor deliverability metrics and troubleshoot ISP filtering issues Manage domain rotation, sender reputation, and inbox health Analyze campaign performance and optimize for CTR, EPC, and revenue per send Run A/B testing on creatives, subject lines, and landing pages Scale successful campaigns across additional lists and infrastructure Collaborate with internal teams on offer selection, landing pages, and performance strategy Required Experience 3+ years of experience in affiliate/performance email marketing Deep understanding of email deliverability and infrastructure Experience warming up domains, IPs, and sender reputations Experience working with multiple ESP platforms Strong understanding of ISP behavior, inbox placement, and filtering Experience scaling campaigns from test volume to high-volume sends Strong analytical mindset and performance optimization experience Preferred Experience Experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation environments Familiarity with high-volume sending environments Experience managing multiple domains and sending infrastructure Understanding of compliance and industry best practices What Success Looks Like Strong inbox placement across major ISPs Consistent scaling of profitable campaigns Improved deliverability and domain reputation Reliable infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale sends Hours, Location & Benefits Full-time role In-office collaborative environment Daily catered lunches Health insurance and benefits Professional development opportunities If you’re someone who understands how to build and scale affiliate email systems , we’d love to talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr
