About the Job
Key Responsibilities

Compile, format, and distribute weekly reports to the buying team and management.

Review clearance reports and pre-logs to confirm order specifications.

Assist in resolving credit discrepancies and coordinate with the accounting department regarding letters of liability.

Provide supporting documentation as required for accounting and reconciliation purposes.

Maintain effective communication with network representatives and coordinators.

Support media buyers in booking processes and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Experience
Education & Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required).

Strong ability to work independently and under pressure.

Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Skills

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with time-sensitive awareness.

Regular communication with affiliates and account teams to ensure seamless coordination.
