Role Description This full-time, remote position in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area is for a Marketing Activation Lead. Driving hands on marketing execution for TSO and our association clients. This role activates content, campaigns, and value propositions across web, email, and social, using data and audience insight to keep messaging clear, frequent, and effective. You will work across many client systems and platforms, simplify workflows, and deliver consistent output that supports client satisfaction. This is a client facing role. On site support and direct client engagement, both in person and virtually, are required. Responsibilities Create and publish content: social posts, graphics, infographics, web updates, and digital, campaign assets Execute campaigns that communicate client value propositions and highlight member products and services Maintain and improve websites in WordPress and Drupal, including landing pages and routine updates (HTML/CSS) Execute targeted email communications using Mailchimp and membership database (CRM) (segmentation and audience targeting) Produce multimedia assets using Adobe tools plus basic photo, video, and audio editing Support monthly performance reporting across social, email, and web channels Work across client SaaS systems including membership databases, conference management and registration tools, learning new platforms quickly and simplifying processes Support website security and member only content delivery, coordinating updates and improvements with staff and vendors Coordinate with TSO teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to keep projects moving and deliver on deadlines Core Tools and Systems Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Drupal, Mailchimp, membership databases, conference apps and registration platforms, Google Analytics and related reporting tools, gated content and member portal systems, HTML/CSS, Microsoft 365, and a wide variety of client focused SaaS tools. What We Need Highly organized with strong follow through and a bias for execution Comfortable in a fast changing client environment and able to manage multiple priorities Strong ability to translate technical information into clear, audience appropriate messaging Hands on experience with WordPress and Drupal Experience with email marketing and CRM or membership database workflows Client ready communication skills and professionalism, in person and virtually, including on site support as needed Experience with Industrial, manufacturing, construction, or trade association marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
