
Account Executive - SMB (PST)

Overview Connecteam is a TLV-based startup on a mission to change the work experience for deskless employees. Our business management platform helps thousands of businesses thrive by simplifying team management so they can grow and run their business.
What’s the job? This role involves sales, product knowledge, and business development, with direct interaction as the face of Connecteam and the first point of contact with customers. You will influence development and expansion by gathering insights from clients and acting as a product expert and advisor across industries. You will serve as the link between the product, the market, and all departments within Connecteam.
What you’ll be doing:
Become a product expert and consult businesses to turn sign-ups into paying customers
Own the full sales cycle and manage your own account pipeline in a quota-carrying role
Be the company’s eyes by understanding our clients better than anyone else in the organization
Be the face of the company with a focus on outstanding customer service
Influence the product based on client demands and needs
Collaborate across departments and share information
Demonstrate initiative, independence, and ownership
Qualifications At least 1.5 years of Account Executive sales experience in SaaS
Strong track record of quota attainment
Excellent customer relations skills and ability to interact with people at all organizational levels
Self-learner, autodidact, and highly independent
Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Experience with CRM and project management tools
Energetic, positive, and motivated
Team player with strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Desire to grow with the company and make a true impact
Ability to work remotely from Monday to Friday
Spanish language skills are a plus

Salary Salary range: 140K-160K OTE
