Business Development Identify and research new business opportunities to support company growth. Analyze market conditions and industry trends to inform strategic direction. Develop and present new business plans based on research findings. Expand and enhance current business channels. Serve as a company representative in communications with business partners and external stakeholders. Review, draft, and coordinate contracts with vendors, partners, and other third parties. 2. Store Development Lead site development initiatives for various brands under the company. Coordinate and communicate with brokers, developers, landlords, and vendors throughout the development process. Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and develop presentation materials to support decision-making. 3. Other Responsibilities Serve as a Task Force member supporting the CEO on strategic initiatives. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. This role requires frequent domestic travel, approximately 70% of the month, to visit potential store sites, attend meetings, and conduct on-the-ground research. #J-18808-Ljbffr
