THE POSITION- Onsite 80% Lanvera is seeking a Senior B2B Technology Copywriter with deep agency experience supporting SaaS and technology‑driven companies. This role is ideal for a strategic writer who understands how to connect complex technology solutions to real business challenges. You’ll be responsible for creating both long‑form and short‑form content across channels, partnering closely with product, marketing, technology, and client management teams. This is a hands‑on, senior role for someone who can think conceptually, execute tactically, and maintain exceptional quality under a deadline. This position will report to Lanvera’s CMO. RESPONSIBILITIES Concept, write, edit, and refine high‑quality B2B marketing content across multiple formats and channels Translate complex technology and product capabilities into clear, compelling business value narratives Surface customer and prospect pain points and articulate how Lanvera solves them through technology Develop long‑form content, including white papers, thought leadership pieces, education pieces, case studies, and bylined articles Create short‑form and campaign‑driven content such as website copy, email campaigns, social media, press releases, and sales collateral Support sales enablement by producing copy that helps sales teams engage prospects and close deals Review and update existing core marketing assets Partner cross‑functionally with product, marketing, technology, and client management teams to ensure accuracy and alignment Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high bar for quality Follow AP style and internal brand guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism Optimize content for SEO and digital engagement where appropriate AUDIENCES YOU'LL WRITE FOR Prospects Clients Partners Internal sales and marketing teams CONTENT YOU'LL CREATE White papers and thought leadership pieces Educational content Website and landing page copy Email campaigns and nurture programs Sales and marketing collateral (one‑pagers, brochures, decks) Press releases and media content Social media and digital copy QUALIFICATIONS 8–10 years of progressive copywriting experience, with a strong preference for B2B technology or SaaS agency experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field Proven ability to write for technological companies while clearly articulating business outcomes Exceptional long‑form writing and editing skills, especially for complex or technical topics Strong storytelling and positioning skills for case studies, press releases, and white papers Demonstrated experience creating sales enablement content Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and editorial judgment Ability to balance creativity with clarity, usability, and consistency Strong time management skills with experience handling multiple deadline‑driven projects Collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTS Examples of long‑form content, sales enablement assets, and technology‑focused writing Agency experience must be clearly demonstrated WHY JOIN LANVERA You’ll play a critical role in shaping how Lanvera communicates its value in the market, helping drive lead generation, support SEO strategy, improve the customer journey, and strengthen our brand authority.
