Collective Measures is currently seeking a Media Planner on the Brand Media team who will be responsible for duties across the entire media planning process -- from helping craft the strategy around digital and traditional tactics, creating IOs and trafficking ads with managed service display partners and direct buys, to managing campaigns in a hands‑on‑keyboard DSP. This role supports multiple awareness media tactics that are planned and purchased in various ways. Responsibilities Planning and Strategy Assist in client strategy communication regarding recommended display and traditional tactics, including specifics on targeting, investment levels, ad types and inventory Responsible for day‑to‑day campaign management of various campaigns across different platforms Draft insights for client‑facing reports, including data visualization and insights Managed Service and Direct Buying (Digital & Traditional) Research and meet with various display programmatic partners and direct publishers, learning their evolving capabilities and related industry trends Have basic knowledge of the ad tech partners in the space Coordinate and implement third‑party products and technology across the programmatic landscape Lead IO creation and trafficking for digital buys Programmatic Own the building and optimization of programmatic campaigns using Collective Measures’ ad tech stack Have a primary role in ideating and implementing optimization strategies for programmatic display campaigns across multiple channels (banner, video, audio, native, Connected TV) Implement bidding best practices to improve campaign performance Qualifications 2+ years of experience in media, including managing display campaigns, trading/buying in display‑focused platforms, or managing traditional channels Experience using The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt or other programmatic DSPs preferred, but not required Experience using Doubleclick Campaign Manager preferred, but not required High proficiency with Microsoft Excel—formulas, pivot tables, creating efficiencies Strong knowledge and background in metrics and results‑driven optimization is vital Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Data‑driven, independent, and analytical approach to problem solving The ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment Self‑starting, positive work ethic, to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility Pay Transparency + Benefits The starting base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $62,000, in addition to discretionary bonuses.
