Job Title: Marketing Manager - YogaSix Salary Range: $80,000 - $92,500/year depending on experience Reports To: Director of Brand Marketing - YogaSix Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday in office, Fridays WFH Who We Are Xponential Fitness, LLC (NYSE: XPOF) is a leading global franchisor of health and wellness brands. Summary The Marketing Manager will lead and support YogaSix to develop and implement marketing communications and strategies for national and local social media presence, CRM (email, text, PUSH) to support brand, national and local initiatives for a growing fitness brand. Key Responsibilities Brand Marketing & Campaign Execution Support development and execution of national marketing campaigns and promotions Manage integrated marketing calendars aligned with brand priorities Partner with creative teams to develop campaign assets and messaging Ensure brand standards and visual identity are maintained across all channels Support product launches, programming initiatives, and brand partnerships Franchise Marketing Support Act as a primary marketing liaison to franchise owners and operators Provide guidance on local marketing strategy and studio growth initiatives Develop marketing playbooks, toolkits, and best practice resources Support new studio openings including pre‑sale strategy and grand opening marketing Identify top performing studios and scale best practices across the system Growth & Performance Marketing Partner with paid media and digital teams to optimize lead generation Monitor funnel performance from lead to member conversion Support lifecycle marketing including email, SMS, and retention initiatives Collaborate on testing strategies to improve cost per lead and acquisition efficiency Support initiatives that improve member lifetime value Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with franchise business consultants, Field operations leadership, Sales teams, Creative teams and Analytics teams Coordinate timelines across multiple marketing initiatives Manage agency relationships and vendor deliverables Assist with budget tracking and campaign planning Analytics & Business Insights Track and report on key KPIs including Lead generation, Membership growth, Same‑store sales, Studio ramp performance, and Campaign ROI Develop reports and insights for brand leadership Identify growth opportunities through performance data Benefits Competitive Salary ($80,000 - $92,500) depending on experience Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits Opportunities for additional bonuses Cell Phone Allowance 401k plan with 4% company match Complimentary corporate memberships to XPLUS and XPASS Qualifications 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with an in‑house marketing organization Experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns Experience in franchise, multi‑unit retail, fitness, or wellness industries preferred Experience working with field operators or franchisees preferred Strong understanding of Brand marketing, Digital acquisition, Local studio marketing, Customer retention strategies Excellent project management skills Strong communication and relationship management abilities Data‑driven decision making Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills Technical experience with: CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Marketing automation tools Google Analytics or similar platforms Paid media fundamentals Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Project management platforms (Asana, Monday, Wrike) Xponential Fitness LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
