The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving data-informed marketing strategies and optimizing campaign performance across multiple channels. This position combines analytical expertise with cross‑functional collaboration to enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, technical proficiency, and executional excellence within a fast‑paced financial services environment. Lead the planning, development, and execution of ALC’s internal and external communications, including the weekly newsletter, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives. Manage day‑to‑day social media operations, including content creation, posting schedules, and performance analytics. Oversee the creation and refinement of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, business cards, presentations), maintaining consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels. Ensure all communications effectively position ALC’s core programs to target audiences through clear, compelling, and compliant messaging. Establish content standards, tone guidelines, and messaging frameworks to elevate brand consistency and market positioning. Event Marketing & Campaign Activation Lead marketing support for events, including webinars, conferences, and community events, ensuring strong promotion, attendance, and post‑event engagement. Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to execute event marketing strategies, including digital promotion, collateral development, and on‑site branding. Evaluate event performance and ROI, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives. Marketing Analytics & Insights Design and implement frameworks to measure marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints. Analyze data from tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media platforms to generate actionable insights. Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and support strategic decision‑making. Provide data‑driven recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. Video Production & Creative Design Lead the planning, production, and editing of video content to support marketing campaigns, brand storytelling. Produce and edit high‑quality videos for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and events. Collaborate with the team to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual content. Manage video assets, branding elements, and creative guidelines to ensure consistency across all multimedia outputs. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, analytics, or creative production Strong analytical skills with experience in digital marketing Proficiency in video editing and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
