This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys the autonomy of business development, loves the hunt for new clients, and wants to contribute directly to a company’s growth story. What You’ll Be Doing Own business development efforts in the Toronto region — prospecting, pitching, and closing new clients. Stay on top of market trends and industry shifts to identify high-impact opportunities. Work hand-in-hand with a tenured Recruiting Partner to deliver results for your clients. Leverage your network and our reputation to build relationships with key decision-makers (including C-suite). Collaborate in daily stand-ups and a team-oriented environment, while working independently. What You Bring 4–10 years of IT staffing sales experience (contract and consulting focus preferred). Proven track record of consistently landing and expanding key accounts. Consultative sales approach with strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy. Experience in a boutique or entrepreneurial firm is a plus.
