As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be the right‑hand partner to the SVP of Commercial, owning day‑to‑day D2C marketing execution while helping shape long‑term marketing strategy. You’ll build programs from the ground up, roll up your sleeves across channels, and lay the foundation for a future marketing team. This role is designed to grow into a Head of Marketing position as the company scales. If you thrive in early‑stage environments, enjoy ambiguity, and want to build something meaningful from 0→1, this role is for you. What You’ll Own End-to-End D2C Marketing Execution Own and execute across the full D2C marketing funnel: awareness → acquisition → conversion → retention Lead hands‑on execution across key channels including email, social, website/digital, paid media, and product marketing Translate product value into clear, compelling messaging that converts Design and launch marketing programs from scratch, testing and iterating quickly with limited resources Build foundational systems and processes that can scale as the company grows Balance short‑term execution with long‑term strategic thinking Cross‑Functional Marketing Leadership Work closely with leadership, product, and engineering to support launches, campaigns, and GTM initiatives Bring customer insights and market feedback into product and commercialization discussions Performance & Optimization Own marketing performance tracking and experimentation Use data to prioritize, test, learn, and optimize without over‑engineering Make smart tradeoffs in a resource‑constrained environment External Resource Management Manage freelancers, contractors, and agencies as extensions of the team Decide what to outsource vs. build in‑house Ensure strong ROI, timelines, and quality across all external work Team & Function Growth Help define the long‑term vision for marketing at Ubiety Lay the groundwork for building and leading a future marketing team Grow into a Head of Marketing role as the company scales Who You Are The Marketing Generalist Deep, hands‑on experience across the full marketing stack: email, social, website/digital, paid media, and product marketing Comfortable context‑switching between strategic planning and tactical execution Energized by doing the work, not just managing it The Startup Operator Thrives in lean, fast‑moving environments with ambiguity Has built marketing programs from 0 → 1 at an early‑stage startup Scrappy and resourceful, finds creative solutions instead of asking for bigger budgets The Builder & Future Leader Thinks in systems, not just campaigns Cares about building something durable and scalable Motivated by growing into a leadership role through impact and ownership Qualifications Must‑Haves 7+ years of marketing experience with multi‑channel expertise. Proven ownership of end‑to‑end D2C campaigns, from acquisition through conversion and retention 2–3+ years in a startup or early‑stage environment Experience working on very small marketing teams (solo or team of 2–3) Strong hands‑on execution skills across social, email, website, paid media, and product marketing Nice‑to‑Haves Experience in IoT, hardware, or B2B SaaS Experience scaling a company from Series A to Series B+ Prior experience building or leading a marketing team Comfort working closely with product and engineering teams In the first 12–18 months, success looks like: A repeatable D2C marketing engine driving measurable acquisition and conversion Clear positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints Marketing programs that are documented, scalable, and no longer founder‑dependent A roadmap for building the next phase of the marketing team What we can offer you: A real seat at the table. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and play a meaningful role in shaping Ubiety’s go‑to‑market strategy, not just executing against it. True ownership and autonomy.
