Team Introduction
The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences. As the Product Marketing Intern for Brand Innovation, you will be responsible for assisting those who set the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's solutions focused on providing transparency and control as to where branding ads are placed within the For You Feed. You will partner closely with various cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product management, third-party partners, and business marketing. Responsibilities
As part of the broader brand product team as an Intern, you will partner with Sales and Global Responsibility Marketing to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for our suite of brand products.
Help define the global go-to-market strategy for TikTok's market-leading brand innovation ad products, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to the market.
Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external measurement partners, to develop and execute go-to-market plans and create sales enablement content.
Partner closely with the sales team and clients to deeply understand and synthesize market needs and pain points to inform the direction of product development and influence roadmap.
Build an understanding of TikTok advertising products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing an MBA.
2+ yrs of strategy, consulting or digital ads marketing experience.
1+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences.
Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
Preferred Qualification
A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
