
Sales Account Executive

Job Overview
As a PROMAN Sales Account Executive, your work will have a direct and major impact on the business. You will develop business relationships and grow revenue in a highly competitive market, generate leads, and grow existing relations by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base. You will also work closely with a team of recruiters to communicate customer needs, thereby facilitating an excellent ongoing relationship with PROMAN customers.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects in the local market.
Manage client relationships and services for all accounts by conducting on-site visits and implementing strategic, client‑specific service.
Develop presence in the market through daily inside phone sales, outside cold‑calling, client visits, networking, customer service, and proposals.
Maintain thorough knowledge of PROMAN’s suite of services to present dynamically.
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions can address those needs.
Cultivate relationships with decision‑makers through creative, outside‑the‑box sales strategies.
Proven ability to exceed activity KPIs and budget goals.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Maintain personal sales production and excellent documentation within PROMAN systems.
Requirements
2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
Comfortable utilizing consultative selling techniques and making cold calls (including door‑to‑door prospecting).
Proven consistent results in selling with an emphasis on prospecting for new opportunities.
Ability to network, develop strategic partnerships, and referral relationships.
Successful track record of developing and managing self‑initiated sales objectives.
Negotiating skills with C‑level decision‑makers.
Clear, concise communication skills, solid business sense, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask with ever‑changing priorities.
Organizational skills to manage a deep pipeline of ongoing client relationships.
High sense of urgency.
