Marketing And Business Development Coordinator

About the Role Reporting to both the Director of Business Development , this role provides essential support across all BD initiatives, including: Updating and maintaining CRM data and BD databases Supporting proposal and pitch development, including RFP responses Coordinating events and assisting with logistics Maintaining attorney bios, practice descriptions, and key credential materials Conducting client, market, and industry research Preparing briefing materials and generating reports for leadership Supporting cross‑functional BD projects and administrative needs What We’re Looking For Experience in legal marketing strongly preferred Professional services experience is required if not from legal Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to handle deadlines, shifting priorities, and collaborative team support Familiarity with CRM or marketing databases is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their BD skill set and gain exposure to high‑visibility projects.
