Marketing & Business Development Coordinator – Energy, Environment & Transportation Regulatory
Location: Washington, D.C. Hybrid (4 days in office)

Join our global Marketing & Business Development team supporting our leading Energy, Environment & Transportation Regulatory practices. This role partners with colleagues across the U.S., Europe, and Asia and offers exposure to the full M&BD mix—marketing campaigns, pitches, events, thought leadership, and client development.

What You’ll Do

Support marketing campaigns, client alerts, newsletters, and thought leadership

Maintain practice collateral, bios, and experience materials

Assist with events, webinars, sponsorships, and CLE programs

Support pitch development and maintain pitch materials and experience databases

Help manage CRM lists, client team activities, and internal resources

Assist with budgeting, planning, and reporting

Contribute to broader M&BD initiatives across the firm

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of marketing or business development experience (legal/professional services preferred)

Strong writing, organization, and project‑management skills

Interest in the energy or environment sectors a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Schedule

Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 remote

In Washington, D.C., the expected base salary range for this role is $62,000 to $77,000 per year.

This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k)-retirement plan; and paid time off.
