
Business Development Representative - Sioux Falls/Rapid City

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. This is a field sales position and will require check-ins at our clinics and face-to-face outreach in the territory to drive referrals and businesses. This position will require local and regional travel up to 95% of the time. This role will be based in and will be required to travel between Rapid City and Sioux Falls.
Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing business clients
Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the client’s needs
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies.
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
