Role Overview The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. Day‑to‑day tasks include market analysis, generating leads, developing, and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met and exceeded. This is a field‑sale position and will require check‑ins at our clinics and face‑to‑face outreach in the territory to drive referrals and businesses. This position will require local and regional travel up to 95% of the time. This role will be based in Rapid City with travel required to Sioux Falls. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing business clients Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the client’s needs Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus Passionate about improving patient care and delivering high-quality services that make a difference in patients' lives Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
