Position Overview Green Key Resources is seeking a Recruiting Account Manager (360) to join our Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division. This role is a hybrid of account management and recruiting , focused on building strong client partnerships while delivering top talent for construction management requisitions . The ideal candidate is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and well-versed in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
Full-cycle recruiting of permanent commercial construction professionals, including Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, and related roles.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Parse specialized skills and qualifications for AEC resumes to match client needs.
Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates.
Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning.
Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placements.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial construction recruiting experience and 2 years of account management or business development experience
Strong industry knowledge with ability to discuss relevant skills and companies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven success in a fast-paced environment with a drive to exceed goals
